Handling of the personal information of customers
1Purpose of use of personal information
The Company will use personal information obtained from customers in accordance with the following purposes of use.
(1) To perform execution of contracts, after-sales service, introduction of products and services (including information deemed useful to customers) along with sales activities (direct mails, solicitation via phone calls and e-mails, visits, etc.), analysis of customer trends, research and analysis for product development, etc. within the scope of business of the Company and the Group companies as described below.

- Non-life insurance agency services and services related to the offering of life insurance
- Money lending services (housing loans, etc.)
- Any and all services incidental or related to the above

2Joint use
The Company will jointly use personal information acquired from customers as described below to the extent necessary to achieve the purpose of use described in 1 above.

3Provision of information to third parties
(1) The Company may provide personal information of customers to financial institutions, deposit guarantee companies, business partners of owners of properties sold by the Company, construction companies, interior goods sales companies, and service providers (telecommunications companies, equipment maintenance companies, etc.) to the extent necessary to achieve the purpose of use described in 1. above.
(2) The items of personal information to be provided shall be the name, date of birth, address, telephone number, e-mail address, desired transaction conditions of customers, and items necessary to achieve the purpose of use stated in 1. above.
(3) Provision shall be made in writing, by mail, by telephone, fax, e-mail, etc.
(4) The provision of information to a third party will be suspended upon the customer's request, but this does not apply if it is determined that such provision would interfere with the performance of business. 4Security measures
The Company has taken the following measures to manage personal data such as preventing leakage, loss, or damage of such data.

5Procedures for disclosure, correction, suspension of use, etc.
(1) With regard to requests for disclosure, correction, etc. (change, addition, deletion), suspension of use, etc. (suspension of use or deletion) of personal information, please fill in the request form and submit it together with an identity verification document of the person (issued by a public organization with name, date of birth and address) to the Contact information for inquiries described in 6.
(2) We will process the request form within five (5) business days of receipt and notify you of the process by certified mail.
(3) With regard to a request by a proxy, in addition to (1), please submit a letter of proxy, your personal seal proof certificate (for the seal impression used in the letter of proxy), and your proxy’s identity verification document.
